<b>BAHAN :</b><br />
• 200 gram pepaya, dipotong-potong<br />
• 200 gram melon, dipotong-potong<br />
• 200 gram jambu air merah, dipotong-potong<br />
• 200 gram kedondong, dipotong-potong<br />
• 200 gram nanas, dipotong-potong<br />
• 1 buah (100 gram) ketimun, dipotong-potong<br />
• 200 gram bengkuang, dipotong-potong<br />
• 1 buah (300 gram) mangga muda, dipotong-potong<br />
<b>BAHAN BUMBU COCOLAN :</b><br />
• 2 sendok teh terasi, digoreng<br />
• 1 sendok teh garam<br />
• 4 buah cabai merah<br />
• 100 gram kacang tanah kulit goreng<br />
• 300 gram gula merah<br />
• 4 sendok makan air asam (dari 4 sendok teh asam jawa dan 4 sendok makan air)<br />
<b>CARA MEMBUAT RUJAK BUMBU ULEK :</b><br />
1. Bumbu cocolan, haluskan terasi, garam, cabai merah, kacang tanah, gula merah. Tambahkan air asam. Aduk rata.<br />
2. Sajikan buah dengan bumbu cocolan.<br />
